Two new guides to Columbus Park wildlife: Winter birds and winter mammals

We put together two new field guides and premiered them at Wonder Works last week.

Our new guide to winter mammals in Columbus Park has three parts:

1.   There is a one-page field guide to common mammals and their tracks. You can download a PDF of the field guide here.
2.   There is also a checklist version of the field guide, with boxes to check when you find a mammal or its track. You can downlaod a PDF of the checklist here.
3.   We also developed a series of footprint posters that you can use, with the checklist, for an indoor mammal scavenger hunt. You can download a PDF with all five posters here.
